Aluminum Billet Homogenizing & Stacking System

The billet homogenizing stage provides heat treatment for cast aluminum billets and connects the casting process with subsequent cooling, handling and downstream processing. Depending on the production arrangement, this stage may include billet charging, homogenizing, controlled cooling, unloading, stacking and transfer.
