Aluminum Dross Recovery System
The aluminum dross recovery system is designed to recover metallic aluminum from dross generated during aluminum melting. Through mechanical separation, cooling, crushing, grinding, and screening, the recovery system separates recoverable aluminum from the remaining dross for further reuse or processing.
Applications
The dross recovery system is suitable for aluminum melting, casting, and secondary aluminum production.
Working Process
- Hot aluminum dross enters the dross separator
- Mechanical stirring separates recoverable aluminum from the dross
- The remaining dross is transferred to the cooling system
- Water spray rapidly cools the hot dross
- The cooled material is crushed and ground in the ball mill
- Multi-stage screening classifies the processed material by particle size
- Recoverable aluminum is separated and collected
- Larger aluminum particles are returned to the melting furnace for reuse
