Aluminum Billet Sawing Equipment
Billet sawing is used to cut aluminum billets to the required length for handling, shipment or subsequent processing. Depending on the production arrangement, sawing may be integrated with billet conveying, positioning, feeding and handling equipment to match the required production cycle.
Huitai provides automatic billet circular saws, manually operated billet circular saws and automatic billet band saws. Equipment is selected according to billet diameter, incoming billet length, required cut length, production capacity, cutting method, automation requirements, plant layout and the interfaces with upstream and downstream equipment. Final saw configuration and material-handling scope are confirmed according to each project requirement.
