Aluminum Casting Systems

The casting stage forms treated molten aluminum into cast products with the required shape and dimensions. Huitai provides aluminum casting equipment and related systems for billet production and other project-specific casting applications. Depending on the project scope, the casting section may include casting machines, casting tables or molds, cooling-water systems, control equipment and related auxiliary units.

For aluminum billet projects, the equipment is configured according to the alloy, billet diameter and length, required production capacity, casting arrangement, cooling-water conditions and the interfaces with upstream molten aluminum treatment and downstream homogenizing or sawing processes. The final casting process, equipment configuration and supply scope are confirmed individually for each project.
