Homogenizing Furnace Charging Car
Huitai homogenizing furnace charging car, also referred to as a 3D Charging Car, is used for material transfer, alignment, loading, and unloading in aluminum processing lines, particularly in billet homogenizing and heat-treatment operations.

- One charging car can serve multiple homogenizing furnaces and cooling chambers, improving equipment utilization and reducing the floor space required for material handling.
- Hydraulic proportional control allows the charging car to slow down before stopping for accurate alignment, with an alignment accuracy of ≤5 mm.
- The charging car is built from a steel structure designed for strength and resistance to deformation, enabling load capacity up to 60 t.

Transfers stacked billet racks into the homogenizing furnace and, after the holding cycle, transfers the hot racks to the cooling chamber for air cooling or water-mist cooling. - Industrial Furnace Load-Rack Transfer
The homogenizing furnace charging car is suitable for loading, unloading, and transferring material racks for large box-type heat-treatment furnaces and annealing furnaces.
