The aluminum casting cooling water system is an auxiliary cooling system designed for aluminum casting lines. It provides controlled circulating water for mold cooling, casting equipment cooling, and launder temperature control, maintaining a stable cooling-water supply throughout the casting process. The cooling water system mainly consists of a cooling tower, water pump, and water filter.
- Cooling water is pumped from the water tank and circulated through the casting molds and equipment
- The circulating water absorbs heat generated during the casting process
- Heated water returns to the cooling system
- The cooling tower removes heat from the returning water
- The cooled water is recirculated for the next cooling cycle
