The automated control enables continuous billet sawing and material transfer with reduced manual handling. The system integrates:

• Automatic billet feeding system

• Billets are unloaded from the casting pit
• Billets are fed from the storage rack
• The automatic transfer system moves the billets onto the conveyor
• Roller conveyors transport the billets to the saw head
• The billets are clamped and positioned to the required cutting length
• Circular sawing is performed with minimum quantity lubrication (MQL)
• Aluminum chips are extracted and separated
• Collected chips are compressed into briquettes
• Cut billets are conveyed to the downstream handling area
• Billets are marked by the configured marking system
• The line resets automatically for the next sawing cycle
