Twin-Chamber Melting Furnace
Twin-chamber melting furnace is designed for secondary aluminum production and aluminum scrap recycling. The separated two-chamber design allows aluminum scrap to be preheated, dried, and melted in an enclosed chamber without direct flame impingement.
Combined with forced melt circulation and waste-heat recovery, the twin-chamber furnace helps reduce metal oxidation loss, improve melt temperature and composition uniformity, lower energy consumption, and contain process fumes. The furnace is suitable for remelting aluminum chips, extrusion scrap, used beverage cans, and other recyclable aluminum materials.
