Melting furnace charging machine serve the purpose to feed the melting and casting furnace. Pre-load the charging machine and open the furnace door upon reaching the furnace to reduce the time spent on opening the furnace door as well as minimizing the lost of heat energy. We configure the melting furnace charging machine base on the conditions in our customers' factory.

• Large supply amount, 2-10 tons charging each time, has significant advantage as compared to the forklift which supply 1-2 tons each time.
• Driven electrically. Has relatively convenient usage as compared to the forklift, stable movement, safe and reliable.
• Wireless remote control, workers have further distance from the furnace therefore helps to improve the working environment of the workers.
• Double supplying method. The raw materials are pushed into the furnace chamber via feeding hopper. Next, the remaining aluminum material is pushed into the molten pool by the hydraulic pushing device to be melted.
