Fixed melting and holding furnace can perform combustion with four types of fuel such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, heavy oil and diesel.

- Tilting Melting and Holding Furnace Tilting melting and holding furnace mainly used in smelting of aluminum alloy or heat preservation for molten aluminum. This furnace type consists of fixed rectangle furnace or circle furnace equipped with tilting device. The furnace is tilted with hydraulic cylinder after the completion of the melting process to allow the molten metal to flow into the static furnace.

- Top Loading Melting Holding Furnace Top loading melting holding furnace mainly used in smelting of aluminum alloy or heat preservation of molten aluminum. It is designed specialize for customers who use large solid raw materials. Top loading melting holding furnace means the furnace body is round in shape and non-movable.

- Holding Furnace Holding furnace mainly used for heat preservation, standing and casting of molten aluminum. Holding furnace has similar structure as the melting furnace and they differ from each other depends on the power used in combustion system as holding furnace uses smaller power.
Founded in 2008, Huitai Technology manufactures engineered equipment for aluminum melting, casting and billet-processing operations.
