Technology research and development department
The engineers and designers in technology research and development department conduct structural design of the melting furnace, holding furnace, homogenizing furnace, casting machine, casting platform and other aluminum equipment using CAXA software based on customer needs.
Our design team members are discussing the technical solutions based on the tonnage of the melting furnace as well as the melting and casting line design drawings required by our customers.

Electric cabinet production workshop
This is the electric cabinet assembling and adjustment workshop for aluminum melting furnace, holding furnace, homogenizing furnace, casting machine and other equipment. All of the electric cabinets of the equipment are completely assembled in this workshop.
Casting machine production workshop
The workers are polishing the platform of the casting platform.
Mechanical machining workshop
This is the mechanical machining workshop equipped with main processing device including CNC, CNC lathe, electrical discharge machining, wire EDM machine, large scale grinding machine, general milling machine with various specifications and fully automatic tapping machine, etc. After the raw materials are cut, its quantity and size are confirmed via statistics and quality inspection. Next, they are sent to the machining workshop and processed according to the processing techniques in different stages.
Furnace production workshop
The main function of this workshop is to weld various types of furnace bodies.
Our production workers are welding the furnace body.
